Storyline

His high school teacher issues an ultimatum: turn in a science project or flunk. So Mike Harlan scavenges a military base's junk pile for a suitable gizmo. The characters are flat, the plot is full of holes and everytime anything looks like it might get exciting, Betuel throws in something totally unbelievable to spoil it.
