Critics consensus

“A daffy crime comedy that uses its sci-fi elements in the service of character, Mike & Nick & Nick & Alice is slick and amusing proof that there's enough room for two Vince Vaughns.”

As movies to fold your laundry to go, this is a decent one.

Mike & Nick & Nick & Alice is one of those would-be genre-mashers eager to call itself a sci-fi buddy-action gangster rom-com, despite not actually having much of any of them.

It doesn’t always work, but there’s such a madcap brio to the retro-Tarantino machinations that you can at least go with it.

Ultimately, MIKE & NICK & NICK & ALICE thrives when it embraces its own ridiculousness. It’s a film that understands exactly what it is and invites the audience to meet it there.
